Who To Pray To When You Want Answers From God
Jesus Christ taught His followers how to pray, when to pray, and who to pray to – giving them clear instructions on each:
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. – Matthew 6:5-6 KJV
If it’s good enough for the twelve apostles – it’s good enough for me!
We should pray, give thanks, worship, and honor God, The Father. That’s what our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ asks us to do. It shouldn’t be too difficult, should it?
So, if you’ve been praying to Mary, Mohammed, Amida Buddha, Brahma, Moksha, Krishna, or any number of saints or spirits – STOP. Every one of these is either dead or does not exist. There is only One God.
Why do Catholics, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and others pray to different gods?
The answer to this question is simple – because followers of other religions (all the above and many more) DO NOT know The Living God.
